The practical stuff.

A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due before the event. Exact terms are confirmed with your final quote.

Tailgates must be booked at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event. Although, we recommend booking a month+ in advance especially for Tiers 3 & 4. A 50% non refundable deposit locks in your date with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.

All Packages are designed for a 4 hour pregame window. Deliveries and setups will be scheduled to arrive exactly 4 hours prior to the event's start time, keeping food fresh and safe

For tiers 3 and 4, an 18% gratuity is added on the final invoice to cover onsite labor. No additional tipping is expected

Deliveries within 15 miles are included in the Tier pricing (i.e. The Linc, Citizens Bank, etc.). For tailgates located outside of our standard 15 mile radius, a flat delivery fee based on total mileage will be added to your final invoice.

We will work closely with you to secure the best parking pass for your group. The exact cost of the pass will be added to your invoice, and all receipts will be provided for full transparency. On the day of the game, we will contact you with your exact lot and spot number so you can walk straight into your party

Rain, Snow, or Shine
Tailgates operate rain, snow, or shine. Tents provide cover for your food and guests in Tiers 2-4 and our service goes forward as planned in standard rain or inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy
Because food is custom sourced and prepared specifically for your booking within our 14 day window, cancellations or changes made due to weather after that deadline cannot be refunded. If a game or event is officially postponed or canceled by the venue prior to our prep window, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your package for the makeup date.
Severe Weather & Rescheduling
In the rare event of severe, dangerous weather, acts of god, or terrorism, where the venue officially shuts down the parking lots, we will pivot to an emergency drop off format if safe to do so, or provide a refund in the form of credit for a tailgate within the next calendar year.

Two to three weeks is comfortable for most events. Big rivalry weekends and holidays book faster, so reach out earlier if your date is fixed.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy- specific swaps are built into several menu items. Tell us in the reachout form we will customize the spread for your group.
